This pic appeared on my face book account posted by a friend comparing it with snakes that fit in a jar.

I just wondered if anyone could Identify it please? ... and are they common.

[typo] NO idea.^^^
I hope your friend rescued it!
Definitely not a shrew, B00 lol

I'm sticking with chipmunk
yeah, the tail's wrong for a shrew.

Still, like Pasta says, hope it was rescued.
well, it's not a brussel sprout, given that hilarious review on Veet published earlier

Pasta, I'll ask (post comment) let you know when I get a reply.

Some good suggestions but I think looking at sir.prize' link Squirrel seems to be right.
As long as it's not a funnel web spider
Oops, I read anal web spider there.....

It may say squirrel but that to my mind is a chipmunk

Its a 'Sugar Glider' native to Oz apparently but are sold in the UK as pets:

No reply if it was rescued though.
It does have a slight resemblance to MT's avatar, allowing for the red and orange....
A possum! awww...
Chipmunk

That looks nothing like what is in the toilet
Question Author
I think it`s a chipmunk as well. It doesn`t have the pattern on the head or the bulbous eyes of a sugar glider.
