We were just about to go out for a run at 8.30 in the lovely sunshine. But just as we put the washing on the line it suddenly went very dark and the rain is falling. I wish we'd gone out at 7am as normal

I have been up the road to see our chickens (just introduced 3 new ones to the flock last night) taken the dogs for a run and a walk around the lanes, now time for breakfast and a strong black coffee. Day off today :-)

The sun came out again and we've just got back. Did the usual 6km in around 35 minutes but for some reason the i phone Run Keeper app logged it as 7.5Km this time and reported a record pace. Perhaps it's not as reliable as we thought.

How far do you run and what sort of pace? I'm only used to 3-4 miles in 35-40 mins so I'd struggle to go much further
The post that has disappeared was quite a pleasant one I thought- something about fewer runners in winter. I must have missed something.
