Is it possible to conceive a child after sterilisation without having any kind of treatment?

If the sterilisation didn't work properly, I guess it might be....
My friend's mother had her tubes tied after her third child and went onto have a set of surprise twins 8 years later.
It is possible.......but you are looking at failure rates of less than 1%.
Very unlikely but techically possible.

I boody hope not....

My doc told me no, if i changed my mind i would have to self fund ivf
I do also know countless other people who have been sterilised and had no more children!
Possible but pretty rare
