They are now talkling about mounting a civilian trial . Whatever that is ?
If it happens there will be further delays.
Is Abu Hamza in danger of facing the death penalty? If so, I remember reading that Britain would not extradite Assange to the US if there was any question of the death penalty so would the same principle apply here?

One of the others who will go for trial in the USA is accused of running a web-site which supported Al Qaeda. He's already been 8 years in a UK prison. His treatment doesn't seem fair.

He won't face the death penalty in the USA. The Americans will have given an undertaking about that.
According to some in the R&S section of AB, Hamza was just exercising his right to free speech when he was calling for violence to be metered out on those outside of the islamic faith.

And the accusation that he had a hand in the organization of a terrorist training camp in Oregon could be answered by citing that section of the constitution which deals with the right to bear arms.
Bloody ridiculous waste of taxpayers money. this piece of scum should be shipped out now along with his lawyers who have taken bucket loads from the public purse to simply feather their own nests.

Shame on them
I am absolutely not a fan of holding people without trial, in Hamza's situation I am not quite happy that a fair judicial process has been explored and happy for him to be deported.
