I suspect a lot of people are a bit 'tired ' of this by now , especially given the recent sad events here , and other sad events occurring arcoss this world we live in .

But I'm just wondering , are they now going to take court action against this Sweedish celebrity magazine - indeed , are they going to take action against all future publications , who decide to print them .

Do you think they should or should they now accept that the pictures are out there on the web and whoever wants to see them have probably already viewed them .

not much they can really do that they haven't done already. Let this story die a natural death

I suspect they might think that if they dont act , the exact opposite will happen and it wont die a natural death for a long time ; especially if other magazines see a green to print , without any action being taken

' see a green light '
too many magazines have already printed the material, plus the internet seems to have been awash with the pictures, which quite honestly you can't stop. I feel sorry for both of them, and hope one day the snapper gets his comeuppance.
They know they can't stop anyone who wants viewing the photo's, correct me if I'm wrong, because I haven't really taken much notice, but is it not the magazine that the photographer works for that they are suing. I don't think they will take any action against anyone else.

Good luck to them, I hope they win.
i believe they put a stop to the magazine that originally published the photo's but that hasn't stopped the others.

on the 6 o clock news, it was suggested that no further action will be taken against individual publications, since the criminal investigation in france, if it reaches a satisfactory conclusion, will cause the original photos to be put beyond publication reach.
interesting that despite the common assumption that they're all over the internet and the whole world has seen them, magazines still want to publish them?
