Commited Suicide Hung Himself in Hawaii. Was dead for 2 weeks apparently when they found him. had to identify him by his fingerprints apparently. The man is probably the most under rated guitarist of all time. Brilliant song writer too

dream bands can never be - the meetings of such prodigious talents will always lead to tensions and conflict, resulting in the participants "agreeing to respect each other's musical differences", as the phrase has it.

no. remember your heroes as the main life-force behind the acts they represented.

When did this happen? I dont recall seeing or hearing it on the news (which I suppose goes to prove your earlier point!)

16th December 2001. You won't hear much Big Country, Skids or Raphaels music on that day i'm afraid. No big Country weren't classed as punk . I use the name punkfan because punk is what got me listenin to music in the first place
