A friend needs to contact them and cannot get to speak to an actual person. They told her one thing and did another.
BT speak with forked tongue...Believe me!

The best thing I ever did was ditch BT. There is no communication between their various departments and no notes made on history so you never get any continuity. The worse call centres I have ever experienced.
As a business user I have a dedicated account manager so I have no problem
