That is for the real foodies who enjoy their food.

I am looking for meals that do NOT need a lot of chewing. NO oysters please.

I have bought finely ground Lamb and made shepherds pie.
The same with beef and made cottage pie.
Ice-Cream
Rice pudding.
Please don't suggest. Chilli or Moussaka (sp) he won't eat it.
I have also bought Complan in all flavours, guess what, he won't drink it.
Please people, GIVE me ideas.

I like those baked beans with little sausages in. They may not be very healthy but they are soft and very tasty. Not much of a contribution I know, but I am sure I'm not the only lurker here who wanted the chance to send good wishes to Mic.
don't forget mash potato, not the stuff out the packet, but made with real butter and add an egg, stir in well, and you have the most delicious accompaniment to a meal
thick broth lliqudiized and then cheese on top or maybe poached egg.

I would like to thank everyone who has made suggestions. I now have loads of ideas. Today I have made corned beef in cheese sauce with mashed potatoes. Not everyone's idea of good food but Mic loved it, and that is all that matters.
you can get flavourless complan and put it in soups, jellies, mashed spuds, sauces and so on to boost the nutrition and calories.
If he will take it and is allowed then alcohol boosts calorie content and also boosts appetite. It might be worth trying to leave small snacks constantly available rather than only having meal times. Have you spoken to a nutritionist?
