what is the riff that Malcolm McLaren used in "double dutch". it sounds like a tune herb alpert played with his trumpet. its only few notes in "double dutch" and the piano organ plays it.

As far as know there were no samples in Double Dutch. I'll dig it out and have another listen and get back to you if you are right.

Forgotten what a great record it was "..hey ebo - ebo- ebonettes!" Anyway -no i'm convinced its not a sample. I know the track itself has been sampled several times so maybe it has turned up on another track.
