Who was the first human to think of drinking the stuff thats comes out of a cow. ( that is the underneath bit ;) )


When did people start to put fungus in their bread to make it rise and what prmpted it.


Who tasted the gone off milk and decided it was rather nice.


I don't sleep much as u can see and my head is full of silly questions, but i often imagine the guy watching a calf drink and thinking ' I wonder what that tastes like'.

LOL I didn't think of that one. It makes u wonder just how hungry our ancesters where.
the one that always gets me is who decided to eat that gunky substance all over bee hives? not that i like honey, but why would you have even contemplated it to begin with???
And who's the ancestor that discovered pigs taste of bacon???
BTW, just for the record - yeast isn't a fungus, it's an enzyme!

c 3000 BC. Tougher wheat varieties were developed and the baking of bread became a skill in Egypt along with brewing beer. In this warm climate wild yeasts were attracted to multi-grain flour mixtures and bakers experimented with leavened doughs.
