What will happen to it when the Olympics are over? The athletes accommodation will probably be put up for sale and rent but what will happen to the stadium? Will it be put up for sale?

It will be used as a reception centre for all the illegal immigrants.
Football stadium with lots of adaptions is the most likely option.
I think it's already been sold.

The different areas have been built with that in mind. So that each area is adaptable for future use.
West Ham have the option over it - the velodrome and swimming pool stay - and I understand there is quite a clamour now to keep the other sport facilities in the Park in tact. The accommodation goes to students at London Uni and other educational bodies I believe.
West Ham United want to turn the stadium into a fun park
They'd better not play there then ;-)
I thought as part of the sustainability legacy the accommodation was to be converted into flats for Londoners to but
I believe the 2017 World Athletics Championships will be held there so whoever owns it then will have to keep the track.

Also, I think one is a temporary stadium (Basketball??) and will be sold to be used at the Brazil Olympics in 4 years.
There's a whole website dedicated to the future of the park - plenty of info here.
