Because at the open air performance of The Importance of Being Earnest tonight, during the interval in the dark I fell down the channel that had been cut out of the lawn for the lighting.
The foot stuck in the gulley,twisted but don`t think it`s broken and where did the rest of me end up? On the lap of some poor old chap having forty winks in his deck chair.
I am really thinking I should live on a little island on my own. :-(

No relationship to the individual people in the play, gness - every organisation has to have public liability insurance if the public are admitted. It's nothing personal, it's your legal right to claim, that's what their insurance is for, they've been negligent.

Thanks all but had enough legal stuff over OH`s death. I really prefer to laugh it off. No great harm done. I can hop. :-)

Hi Hopkirk. What is it with men and their bits? Guy I was with last night is here now and was screwing up his face recalling my little tumble. Or landing I think.
If you ask me they are in a silly place........asking for bother stretching out in a deck chair with all pointing skyward. :-)
