Wheres the best place to get one done? Having got brake fluid in my eye and my good not reading the chart properly I need an eye test ASAP. Need it to be as cheap as possible as well no pennies at the mo.

im in wales so if i book with specsavers they wont charge me?
The big one's like Optical Express & Vision Express, they have all the very latest equipment...
If you're a diabetic its free, or if there's a history of glucoma its free too,
Go to your GP he'll look for free. Look out for places that offer free tests too.

Most places on the high street charge the same

cheap as possible does not mean good - it's your eyes for heavens sake

It was a+e that told me to get an eye test. will have to look i cant afford it right now but needs must! thanks guys and girlsx
last time I got sun tan oil in my eye I had to have my eye washed out with saline solution................

Oh maid up thats fab!! my eyes better but they said it would take a week for it to settle down compleatly. Craft they put this thing in my eye to irragate it it was well freaky!!

ah tescos is closer but will look up optical express as they are not far away! Got shot in the eye by garlic paste tonight, it simply isnt my day at all :(
Firewatch, it's not that expensive, and it sounds like you need it on medical grounds. Don't put it off.
reading what you have done i feel a trip to your gp is in order to check you have not damaged your eye.
