I am cooking free-range corn-fed chicken, stuffing, bread sauce, roasties, parsnips, pigs in blankets, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, french beans and gravy.

What's on your menu today?

Thank you, Dave. At least there was someone present at the table who appreciated my cooking. :)
Barbecued chicken with piri piri marinade and chips.
Followed by a generous slab of rasp cheese cake YUM!
we would appreciate your cooking, NoM!

Shame that you are on the American champagne......
The goat cheese & bean salad is great NoM - a new string to my bow.

But today I have been mostly consuming beer and crisps ... chicken etc is in the aga on the timer .. hope I don't doze off & incinerate it all though :)
I've done a homemade steak & ale pie, mash, spring greens, carrots and gravy :-) yum
Wintertime comfort food for most of us isn't it though - when it should be all barbeques and salads ...
DT ANY CHAMPAGNE is good with me
Quite so Sibbers - will that be a pint glass ?
We are on holiday and the food today has been crap (I'm really fussy, but the rest of the time there has been a brill choice). I have had some crisps :(
inc Coca Cola, sibton? American Champagne is a synonym for that.....

Found a half decent French Cab Sauv in a Domaine de Mont-Auriol, from the Languedoc, close to the Med.
We had roast pork cooked in cider with cloves, mashed potato sweet corn and gravy followed by yoghurt
yum :)
