Inormally drink six to eight mugs of tea a day. one of my friends drinks about fifteen a day. She says i dont drink nearly enough fluids. What do you think?

yes i read recently that the 'recommended intake' is rubbish as it varies from person to person and their diet and the fact a lot of food we eat contains water anyway, so it's nothing to get worried about, your body will tell you if it needs water with a dry mouth or headache.
