I'm planning on getting one of these after reading many positive reviews and playing around with my mate's handset and really liking it. It will be replacing my ancient but very reliable Nokia 8210.

However, I'd like to know if anybody knows of any persistant or potentially ruinous design flaws or problems with this handset. Before my 8210 I had an Ericsson T28 which I loved but replaced three times in the course of just over a month because of firmware design flaws which caused the handset to keep turning itself off randomly, which prompted me to switch to the 8210.

I don't want to repeat that and waste my time. Thanks in advance for any information.
