And the building at the end of that advert is our local town hall, my wife saw it being filmed and had to be escorted past by a bored policeman.

Yes I think it's Ethel Merman as well. Isn't it from the film "Bandwagon" with Fred Astaire, Ava Gardener, Donald O'Connor and Jack (someone whose name escapes me for the minute) A great old musical!!
