thank you for your reply but you didnt really answer my question
I think it means you don't loose your address if you don't use it for a while and you might get a bigger storage allowance as well.

Really, you shouldn't bother, instead get yourself a Gmail (or GoogleMail) account. If you stick your current email address into the box on http://b10m.swal.org/gmail they'll send you an invite. It'll give you 1.5 or 2GB storage allowance and your account will only be suspended if you don't log in for 9 months! It will also work with Outlook or Outlook Express or any other email program just as a normal address would.

thanks for reply.I understand what you are telling me .It is not because I dont use my email as i use it most days but all of a sudden some are being returned for no reason and i wondered why this was happening from hotmail as it doesnt happen when I send from yahoo thanks
Ah, I see, sorry. This sometimes happens because one particular domain will block mail from another domain, usually because of spam.

In simple terms, someone using Hotmail sends millions of spam emails to AOL customers, so AOL says f-you Hotmail, we're not taking any more of your email traffic until you can sort your problems out. The majority suffer for the actions of the very few.

I'd be surprised if someone had done this to the all mighty Microsoft's email service, but it does happen. There's also nothing you can do about it, it may just sort itself out.
