Have you ever gone out with a Women /man that came over as a perfect gentle man / woman only to find out during the night & a few drinks the curtain dropped? & the real person appeared & how did you cope with it?
she turned out to be the jealous possessive type. she did not like the fact that i have known another woman (purley platonic) as my best friend for over twenty years. she also was a drunk. the relationship lasted two months before it was mercifully over
Yes. She "loved" me when sober and hated me when she was drunk. Would start arguments for the sake of it too. She dumped me. I put up with a lot of crap, I deserved better at the time.
When i was 18 a very good looking man asked my father if he could take me out to dinner. We went to a posh restaurant in the country and had a nice time. On the way home he stopped in a lane and wanted sex with me. I refused. He then kicked, and I do mean kicked me out of the car. I was in the middle of the country side at 10.30pm. No mobile phones in those days.
I once went on a date with THE most perfect physical specimen I have ever seen. I'd known him slightly for about 6 months and he seemed charming and good company. On our first (and last) date we went to a cafe bar where he ordered coffee and I had a lager. He immediately launched into a rant about drinking alcohol being a sin and invited me to go to his church with him. His "church" was actually someone's house - it was a semi cult he belonged to. He then proudly showed me a tattoo on his wrist "WWJD?" (what would Jesus do?)
I finished my sinful bottle of lager in record time, made my excuses and scarpered.
LOL @ mrs overowl, I can remember a 'Period ' of time in my youth when with most of my dates I got the immortal line '' Sorry, its the wrong time of the month ''.
