I used white flora in the past to make pastry, as I am a vegetarian, they no longer seem to do this, can anybody suggest a viable alternative please.

Trex and Cookeen are the same stuff as white Flora - all made in the same way from vegetable oils.
Stork is also vegetable oil based.

I know dinki - I thought it made the best pastry - EVER! Just why they discontinued it I will never know! Trex and Cookeen are not the same as Flora White at all. Can we start a campaign to get it back?
Youve just reminded me that I used this for pastry and it really was the best thing ever. It made your pastry so light. Nothing seems to match it. I wonder why it was discontinued. Perhaps we should start a campaign Ann :>) I havnt made pastry at home for years as we only eat it and get fat LOL
