I sometimes suffer from sleeping problems which came and go like the tide. I have been told to get some anti-insomnia wristbands but not sure where to get them. Would I get them at a chemist like Boots or would they sell them online? I know that you can get ones that vibrate with batteries in them and ones that do not do this. Which are the best ones to get and have any of you got them at all?

Thanks for your kind and ever helpful answers, folks.

Like homeopathic medicine the cure is all in the mind. Deep relaxation techniques are more suitable.
Have you tried lavendar oil? If I can't get to sleep I rub some on my temples and within 5 minutes I am asleep.
