Does anybody else recognize the voice used over the recent Boots ad ?

I thinks it's that wise old bird who goes by the name of Desmond Morris.

If it is the one I am thinking of, I think the voice is one of the guys from "Dead Ringers", not John Colshaw or Phil Cornwall, but one of the others.
