Burst it! That's what I would do!
Where is it? I get these on my face, and I simply ram tweezers into them and rip out the hair with a bit of skin. Sounds hideous, and hurts a bit, but it certainly feels better afterwards! Mrs rampart hates that I do that, however.

Its at the very top of my leg I think its gone to far to rip the hair out with tweezers I think its to deep in! I might die!
I get these, theyre so annoying! If I can pop it I do, or if its not too deep I pick it out with a pin! Although I wouldnt recommend this as it can be painful, you could infect the skin more and it could leave a scar. Probably best just to keep an eye on it, try to leave it alone and hopefully itll work its way out on its own. If it doesnt you can have a minor operation to get it removed.
pop it..and see the hair come out,
There is a product here in America called TEND SKIN that is specifically designed to treat and eliminate ingrown hairs. I use it and it works well. I think the site is www.tendskin.com.
i have heard that if you make a strong solution of hot water and aspirin, ans rub on with a cotton bud it opens the pore and allows hair to pop out...try it
Hi Butterfly. i had one of these in rather i delicate place, yes there, i'd never had one before i was a bit worried so i went to docs. She said they can be quite common around that area and the best thing to do is put hot water on a piece of cotton wool and press it against the spot. It then draws out the hair and puss and whatever else. Its better than putting the tweezers to it. Ouch. It did work
magnesium sulphate paste from the chemist can help draw the infection to the surface.
i think i have one too its very deep and a lump like a penny size and quite sore.how do you get it when its in so deep?
i know something that will work!! i use it on spots to bring them out! you mix a thick paste of honey and flour, smear it on area and cover with a plaster for the night and it will have a head on it by morning or poss the hair may have come out :)
