Morning All, it's a bit nippy out there this morning, brrrrrrrr. have we all managed to get some fuel? I was lucky enough to have had a full tank at the beginning of last week so the 'mad panic' didn't affect me. All the garages I passed yesterday seem to be back o normal with no queues. How's it been in your neck of the woods?

good morning everyone. hope you had a good weekend. We managed to get enough petrol to go and see my mum in Bham and then get home again. Didnt want to be stranded in Bham :>(

I watch them em. It's an interesting programme. I was watching when they did the potato bread in Germany. It made me think i have that recipe from when I was stationed in Germany in the '60's. I fished it out and it's almost the same! So that is what's in the oven now. Mine has sesame seeds sprinkled on instead of onion seeds. Much nicer! :o}

..........plenty of fuel here in S Yorkshire.....no queues but did I hear correctly that lorry drivers are threatening action in support of the tanker drivers.... Blockading and all that rubbish?....."we'll bring down this Government " is one quote I heard....
Ah well every cloud has a silver lining I suppose ;-))

The Black Forest Gateau was sublime, and as they said nothing like the travesty that was the 70's version. They are a tonic in a dearth of decent programmes, funny and interesting.
