My Kindle screen has gone blank and refuses to re-charge.
Any thoughts please

if it's anything like the Kobo you may need to do a factory reset, is there a tiny hole in the back? if so then that's where you put a pin in to reset it. if there isn't it may be damaged, did you drop it? (be honest now john)
