Strangely, the main difference is that one has normal springs and the other has memory foam. Oh, and I would guess more like several hundred pounds.

...and it's rather a different sleeping experience - one that you should try out before you actually purchase. Some people love memory foam and others dislike it.

Get a matress topper - much cheaper than a new memory foam mattress and just as comfortable.
