Titanic - Alternative ending?

What is the alternative ending in the new 'Directors Cut' of 'Titanic'? I'm guessing the ship still sinks?

the alternative ending is rubbish!! the ship still sinks and the old bird still throws the jewel into the ocean but there is an extra bit of chit chat before she throws it overboard.

An Icelandic gun boat comes close and blows Kate and Leo to smitherines, then the crew and passangers strangle Celine Dion tie a large weight to her legs and throw her overboard. The ship then goes to Jamacia and everybody gets stoned on ganja all to a fantastic reggae soundtrack.

Don't be silly Fremsley. The boat sinks, but miraculously the boatbuilders at Harland and Wolf had the insight to make it completely watertight and thus it was used as a submarine and they sailed happily off into the sunset towards Jamaica......

i have seen the ending and in actual fact as winslet is holding on to the board another passenger floats past on rubber ring and bemoans "You were only meant to turn the bl**dy boat over!"

What always baffled me about the ending was there was plenty of room for 2 on that piece of wood floating

I never understood why they didn't both get on that door either - there was loads of room and it would have kept them warm surely?

I hoped the extra ending would have been him living or her being pregnant? But I'm just a silly old romantic. Have to say though I'm not that bothered to want to buy (I have the original special edition already!-yep, I know I'm sad) might hire it though.
