First direct have changed their website, but if you get a log on page asking for more personal details than usual, ignore, it's a scam! Log off and contact them by telephone.

I just tried it. The website's the same as usual. No problem.

The main frontpage of the website is rather different - but it takes you to the usual login screen for internet banking.
