I've not seen the trailer but could it be Macy Gray's "I Try"? Kinda goes " ..I try to say goodbye and I choke, try to walk away and I stumble, though I try to hide it, it's clear, my world crumbles when you are not here". It might not be!

No i dont think it is the macy Gray song, if it is the song i am thinking of where a woman softely sings its called "this woman's work" by Kate Bush on the album "A Sensual World'. I emailed ITV because the song sounds so so nice!! Hope this helps xx
