I need a program that can monitor all running applications, and display the usage of the applications. It would be nice if it could display in a graph. I'm looking for processor usage and memory usage. Basicly how much system resources any program is using at any given time. Anyone know where I can find one? Been doing a search, but couldn't find one.

would like win2k and winXP compatable programs plz.

Is Task Manager not suitable? (Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select "Task Manager")

I have used this from time to time and found it very useful

no unfortunatly it isn't. All it does is show you whats current. I'm having problems with my system freezing when it shouldn't, for about 5-10 secs and then starting to respond. (Basicly system lag) when there shouldn't be. So I need to see whats going on right when that happens, and I can't do that. By the time the system is responding properly again, everything will look fine through task manager.
