You always have to focus to see things. How much you have to focus depends on the objects distance and also your own eyes refractive error (or spectacle prescription). Your ability to focus gets worse with age but can vary with tiredness and other issues. This focussing, or accommodation, is what needs assessing along with your prescription. You may have corrected astigmatism or longsightedness which means your eyes have to focus all the time. An eye examination would be worthwhile.
Unsure the point made. In the OP the sometimes blurred vision is the reason for a sometimes lack of focus isn't it ? But if it is permanent, as has now been clarified, then an eye test is probably first port of call.
Uzair, lots of your posts have spoken about body weakness, and doing lots of body building exercises. You might just be overdoing it, affecting all your body functions. You really do need to go and see the doctor about your general state of health.
Go and see your doctor. Plenty of prescription medication available, you need to see him so he can tell you which one is right for your particular problem.
