The Warhorse

Just been to see The Warhorse and wanted to recomend it to you all. Best film I've seen for ages.
The scenes in and around the WW1 trenches make you realise just what the men went through when they all thought they were going on a great adventure.
A bit syrupie at the end but well worth a watch.

I'm looking forward to it. I saw it on stage and it was the same - syrupie but wonderful all the same. Too busy this weekend but maybe next week.

A full box of tissues will be needed. WW1 was absolutely bonkers. All wars are bonkers but especially that one.

I would love to see it - the trailers this week on TV look really good. Trouble is I couldn't bear it if the horse died at the end of the film, think I would be really distressed.

It got a brilliant review in the DM, the Duchess of Cambridge was allegedly in tears watching it.............

I saw the stage show and it was brilliant - I cried my eyes out though and even when I got home it played on my mind. Those poor horses.

No way am I going to see the film as I know I would just cry away!!

I will see it, i have one of the books it's based on, by General Jack Seely about Warrior the horse that survived, remarkable man/horse/story.

hi, you was right they film was very nice. start and end story is different and good. they scenes is your time passed. film is watching well adventures of they film.
