I have some Moose steaks that I bought frozen from Lidl. Any idea how best to cook them, and what would be wonderful to accompany them?

I'm doing moose meatballs with spaghetti tomorrow - will let you know how they turn out. Otherwise I guess any venison recipe would work well.
