That's the rare occurrence which makes me think - not for me!

I would love to try these things but entrusting your life to an elastic band or a sheet (parachuting) doesn't seem rational!
I wouldn't do it anyway!
I'd still like to have a go!
Not for me thank you, she was very lucky.
No way would I do that.

Even lower down of my list of 'things to do...' would be potholing. The thought going underground, squeezing my fat body through little gaps in the rock and not knowing if I would get stuck or lost gives me the creeps.
I guess it depends on the professionalism of the organisation running it. I suspect it still works out safer than flying.

jno - at least you managed to escape from the caves.

I am in no way an adrenaline junkie and, whilst I understand why people go out of their way to do activities that give them a buzz, I have no desire to try out any of these activities.

:-( ;-)
The first thing that sprang to mind when I saw it was, 'thats going to put people off' glad the girl survived, I thought she only looked about 17.
A million people a year die in road accodents. Does that put you off getting in a car or crossing a road?
I think the rope was manufactured by Noel Edmunds Ltd
