Wireless Router

I have for a long time now used a wireless router with no problems, about 3 weeks ago it kept losing the connection with my modem so I bought a new one it's a "Belkin G" and up until now this has been OK but today I keep getting a pop up saying "Windows was unable to find a certificate to connect you to network Belkin G" so what does this mean and how do I stop it as it appears every few minuets, I anm running Win. XP
