it feels like it. I work in a big office with around 80 people, but vv quiet since christmas. Start work in 2 miutes and there's no-one here!

Himself shut up his showroom on the Wednesday before Christmas and isn't re-opening it until the Wedensday after New Year (he's getting on my flipping nerves now, he is really upsetting my routines (in that he has none)).

Before I retired I worked in a large office of a multi national company and Yes it was completely dead between Christmas and New Year - but we had to cover the normally busy switchboard ....... a lot of chatting and scoffing chocolates and left over mince pies went on during that week .....
