Widows Pension

My English friend married a Dutchman who had paid his NI contributions in Holland. After returning to England,where she is still living. He left her to live in Spain,but they didn't divorce or get a legal separation. After becoming ill he returned to Holland where he has now died. Would my friend be entitled to a widows pension from Holland. I don't think she would be entitled to anything extra in this country. How would she find out what her entitlements are.
Any advice would be welcome

my mother who's husband died 2 years ago, claims her late husbands pension and her own. If she was to partner another man and he moved in with her would this situation effect any of my mothers pensions?

my mother claims her pension and her late husbands pension. She lives on her own but what would happen if a new man moved in would this affect her claims on her late husbands pension? If she were to marry again would this affect her claims to her late husbands pension?
