Sorry missed the "a" from the clue for 34

Yes allium is given in the clue with this spelling but already have collie as an answer for another clue which I am convinced is correct

I have been looking at this quiz with much interest...the answer to no. 26 I find baffling..." GRIFFON".... can anyone explain to me how this answer was arrived at from " KING PROVIDED LOUD WORKING" ????? I am in awe of the reasoning power you all have !!!!

I have been looking at this quiz with much interest..but can anyone tell me how the answer to no 26 was arrived at please ? Answer " Griffon" from the clue "KING PROVIDED LOUD WORKING"....I am in awe of the reasoning power on this site !!!
