Hi,

I have been looking for a recipe for 7 layer cookies and having found one that looks good, I need some help with substituting the american ingredients. Can anyone tell me what the english equivalent of graham crackers would be? Also, the recipe has butterscotch chips in it. Would they be toffee or butterscotch sweets that have been chopped up? Or are they butterscotch flavoured chocolate chips? If anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful.

If you have a good recipe of your own for these cookies, I would be glad to have that, too.

Thank you very much.
