Where should i store my veg that i bought yesterday for xmas dinner. Sprouts, cauli, sweede, parsnips, carrots and shallots. Got the choice of...normal house temperature, fridge, unheated conservatory or in the garden.

Depending on the weather I would put mine in the unheated conservatory.

wherever you store it, make sure its vermin proof, ratties and meeces like fresh veg too
last year I stored them all in the garage but with the bad weather, some of it froze but it was still ok to eat. Ive stored them there again this year but wrapped them in newspaper and inside a large cardboard box. I usually keep all my potatoes in there throughout the year anyway.
i store mine in an unheated utility room, acts like an old fashioned larder and keeps veg and other fresh stuff fresh for ages. saves the fridge getting bunged up too.
In the garden? You're considering re-planting it?
have you not got your sprouts on yet ?
