///AFGHAN President Hamid Karzai called yesterday on the international community to support Afghanistan for a further decade beyond 2014, and was met with demands for political reform, at a conference in Bonn, Germany.

The meeting focused on international aid and political commitments to Afghanistan after 2014, the deadline for Nato-led forces to withdraw from the country.///

Will the aid from the UK be in addition to our foreign aid budget as I'm sure we will contribute something?

You are not too surprised are you rov?

Incredible when you take into consideration the present economical situation.
You think nobody cares just because they dont wish to discuss it on here? what a strange view, I actually care a lot, I just see no point discussing it here.

The problem with money that goes into Afghanistan is that it will never be seen or heard from again, with another hand out next year for more.
