Sorry to confuse even more but I think if you are going to use meticulous and don't wat to put 'I' then I think you should change pay to paying.
For a CV, 'I' is best avoided and I assume the ideas are part of what amounts to a bullet-list of personal qualities, whether there are 'bullets' there or not. Accordingly, simply write...
Organised and meticulous
That gets the essential messages across and avoids any finnicky details of grammar.
Whichever option you go for make sure you spell meticulous correctly, or it could look bad.
