Scam.... Free & Easy

My mother in law noticed on her bank statement that a company called Free & Easy have taken £99.99 from her account, as far as she's concerned, without permission...she's been to the bank and cancelled all her accounts... so hopefully that should stop it happening again!!.. Has Anyone else come accross this company/ problem?

Suggest that she contacts the bank to track it back - she should be able to recover it from the bank if it's an unauthorised transaction. She shouldn't need to cancel all her accounts (do you mean back accounts, or direct debits etc). Well done her, for being vigilant.
