This is driving me bananas!

I'm registered and verified with PayPal, but as a rule am a buyer.

I've recently sold a couple of items, and the transactions are shown as complete in my PayPal account, but the Balance is shown as £0.00.

When I try to transfer the money received to my bank account, it won't let me because the balance is shown as nil.

I can't understand why the balance is shown as nil in the balance box but the items I sold have clearly been paid for and the transactions are shown as complete and the money is shown as received.

Can anybody help please?

I've been playing with my PayPal account for the last two hours and have got nowhere (I find the eBay and PayPal websites just about the most complicated I have ever come across!).

Thanks

Thanks for replying.

I have received money for the items sold into my paypal account, so I assume I have the right one!
Hi,
If you look at your paypal sales list, click on details, and see if they paid by " E cheque". if they did it will take 10 days before you can get the money. If not, then email paypal, they will answer very quickly ( usually a few hours).
I'm sure my friend was having a similar problem last week. Because it wasn't going through completely she couldn't dispatch items or something =s

I've had problems with it for the past couple of weeks as well. I've tried twice to purchase something tonight but it kept coming up an error :|
I never sell on Ebay, but often buy using Paypal, however I received a refund a few weeks ago, and my balance was showing nil, I later found that the money had been transferred into my bank account, maybe this is the case!..............
Cross check your email address.
When you list on eBay they use the email address that you included in the listing to send payment details to a paypal account with the same address.
You're allowed several email addresses on your account with both paypal and eBay and if you have more than one email address things can go missing.
What details are shown against the Payment Received/Completed? Is it possible the Paypal charges are greater than the amount you received?
