It's been going on for a few days, Ed needs to pay the Techies overtime and get it sorted.
try right-clicking on the back button and going down the list of past pages - works for me in IE9 and Firefox, might work for you
That wipes the current page jno so you will then be unable to use the forward button to return.
As I mentioned on another thread, I use IE7 and have the same problem, but if I hit 'back' button 4 times in succession everything works, a page at a time
Yes julia-mag, but you won't be able to return.
Each advert counts as a new page, so pressing 'back' 4 times takes you past the adverts to the genuine previous page, but as soon as the adverts load there, they will become the 'new' pages and the 'forward' button will grey out.
Ah that clicking 4 times works perfect for me Thank you Julia-mag

As a work-around (until Ab Editor fixes Mon?), right-click the back button, this brings uo a recent history from the AB site, then click on your last page, there seems to be 2/3 advertisements blocking the function of the back button on this site. Hope this helps for now :-)))
I click on the back button twice and it takes me back to the page.I'm on xp
thanks for that tip, jno,. worked for me on IE9 - never knew you could do that little bit of right click gymnastics...
I found if I click on it maniacally lots of times it eventually works.

hurrah at long last it is working
Not for me it hasn;t. Errors like this should not happen spontaneously. Something in the code must have been changed to get to this situation. A professional company would take a step back revert to a working copy of the software and progress from there.
I'm glad other people are having a problem. I thoight it was just my computer that was playing up.I've sent an email to technical support so hope they can sort the problem quickly
Still ongoing, having to click on the topics list to get back into the thread.Grrr!!!
