Anyone tried it? Comments/hints/tips etc?! I've read half the book in 2 days and already have changed my eating habits!

well, not yet, can't expect that in 2 days!!

I would love to know whether this works or not, will you please let us know how you get on Hugo? I could do with losing a few pounds myself but have real trouble sticking to the usual diets.

The book is really good so far...and it comes with a 'Mind Programming' CD. Pretty weird experience, but I can definitely feel it working. Making me eat less and only eat when hungry. All good so far!

I gave this a go. I eat at meal times, no matter whether I'm hungry or not, I always clear my plate, even if I'm full, & I eat quickly... I tired soooooo hard to put my knife & fork down between mouthfuls & to leave a little bit on my plate each time... but it just didn't work... unfortunately my eating habits haven't changed :-(


However, I do know lotsa people that this has worked really well for... good luck!

Look at my question on Body & Soul titled "Cheating Husband". This diet I call the trauma diet and I have managed to drop 20lbs in 2 weeks! Wouldn't recommend it though.
