Ipad2 and Realracing hd game problem

I have just bought myself the ipad2 and have purchased a couple of games off Apple. I have noticed with the Realracing game that I get these white dots come up on the screen, probably pixels, is anyone else having this problem or is it that my ipad is faulty? All my other screens are fine and the other game I bought is okay.
