Cardiovascular Exercise


The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.


If you're over 35, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina.
Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.


Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

I have tired myself out with all the surfing today - I think that I need to go and lie down.

What a terribly yucky day it has been today.
*lies down*
lol, I've got 4 cats - consequently I get enought exercise from persistently dealing with "wrong side of the door" syndrome.
I'll come back to this when I'm over 35....
