My friend asked me this question and i dont have a clue what the answer is so can someone help please...my laptop screen zooms up and down when it feels like it ! how do i stop it? Its not my mouse, its when im trying to view a web page

Sounds like you are probably rubbing your fingers/hand/palm up and down the right hand side of the touch pad, which will scroll the page up and down.

Or they are I should say :)

The scroll area can be disabled in the mouse properties in the control panel.
