i'm doing very well on my weight watchers diet, but am off to the cinema later. I haven't been for ages and always used to have a big bag maltesers or a ben & Jerry's ice cream. I don't want to be too naughty though, but want something to munch on. What should i take? popcorn is very bad isn't it?

Maltesers should be banned in cinemas anyway, crunchy little sods :)
twiglets are not too bad..
What about raisens or something along those lines... If you really want to go all out you can get the chocolate covered ones.... Hmm i've not had them in ages.. Might get a bag for myself *Chortlesplutter* :-)
snackajacks the caramel flavour ones are a reasonable substitute for popcorn
and take your own diet drink of choice with you
Why have anything? Its only 2 hours at most.
I always used to be a Nachos and cheese guy but nowadays just go for the drink.
I always thought popcorn was ok? Not the sweet sticky stuff- the salted stuff?
Plain popcorn with just a little salt is 1 of the healthiest snacks going.
Ah ha! I was right!
not as nice as a big bag of butterkist toffee popcorn

well i've just had my weigh in and i've lost 3lbs! So i'm going to treat myself to a little bag of something yummy. x
Salted popcorn is good.

It's mostly air.

And it's the yummiest thing you can get in a cinema.

Don't forget a small Fat Coke, because the popcorn makes you thirsty.
if on a diet, forget the coke, take water.

I love salted popcorn, it's way nicer than the sweet stuff.
